Abstract submission

In addition to invited talks, the scientific program of the meeting includes contributed oral presentations and posters. The selection of posters and oral contributions will be based on scientific interest and adequacy to the topics of the meeting.

After acceptance, at least one of the abstract coauthors must attend the workshop to present the submitted work. Otherwise, the abstract will not be included among the conference contributions.

Instructions for abstract submission

Instructions for abstract submission are the same as for ICPEAC. Abstracts should include a brief account of the research work that the applicant would like to present at the meeting. Abstracts should be carefully prepared and must provide enough information about the research performed. Abstract length is strictly restricted to one page.

All submitted abstracts prepared according to the guidelines will be considered by the organising committee. If your abstract has been accepted, you will be notified by e-mail by 15 May 2017.

Invited speakers are also asked to submit an abstract of their talk, for distribution in the Book of Abstracts at the meeting.
